HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss women's soccer team is set to host in-state rival Mississippi Valley State, Wednesday, in a 4 p.m. midweek contest at the Southern Miss Soccer Complex.

The Lady Eagles are coming off of a 4-0 shutout loss to another in-state rival, Ole Miss, last weekend.

Southern Miss owns a 3-0 overall advantage over the Devilettes, since the series began in 2003. Last season, the Lady Eagles walked away with a 3-1 victory on Sept. 22.
