HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss will have two more games on its 2008 football television schedule as it was announced Tuesday that the Golden Eagles' contests against Marshall and UAB will be broadcast live on CSS (Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast/Channel 25 on Comcast Cablevision in Hattiesburg). The Marshall game is slated Sept. 20, and set for a 2:30 p.m. CT, kickoff, while the UAB tilt will have a 7 p.m. CT, start time. Both games are set for Carlisle-Faulkner Field at Roberts Stadium and will be shown for a regional audience. The Golden Eagles will also have its Boise State (Oct. 11/7 p.m. CT) and Memphis (Oct. 25/7 p.m. CT) games shown on the CBS College Sports Network. CSS is a 24-hour sports channel serving approximately 5.8 million cable subscribers across 12 Southeastern states. Launched in 1999, the network is a partnership between Comcast Corporation and Charter Communications.
