April 16, 2008

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss Director of Athletics Richard Giannini announced today that the school will play two games on national television during the 2008 football season.

The Golden Eagles' Oct. 11 game with Boise State and the Oct. 25 contest at Memphis will both be shown on the CBS College Sports Network (formerly CSTV and shown on Comcast Digital Cable channel 735 in the Hattiesburg area).

Southern Miss could have additional television opportunities in November on CBS College Sports as the network will make their game selections for the final four Saturdays of the regular season 12 days in advance.

Game times for the Boise State and Memphis games are 7 p.m. CT.
