HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The inaugural Southern Miss Signing Day Social presented by Buffalo Wild Wings will be held, Wed., Feb. 6, from 6-8 p.m., here at the Lake Terrace Convention Center.

This event will give Southern Miss fans a chance to meet coach Larry Fedora and his coaching staff as well as hear for the first time about the 2008 recruiting class.

"We feel like this is something that we needed to do for our fans and we plan to make this into an annual event," Southern Miss Director of Athletics Richard Giannini said. "In fact, this will be a chance for our fans to meet Coach Fedora as well as his entire new staff."

The event begins with a social hour from 6-7 p.m., with the entire football coaching staff and select players who will be available for autographs, followed by a program that will feature Fedora and the assistant coaches speaking about this year's recruiting class.

In addition, an auction is slated as well as an appearance by both the Southern Miss cheerleaders and Seymour , which will be entertaining the crowd throughout the evening's festivities.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth (12 and under) in advance of the event and $15 for adults and $5 for youth (12 and under) at the door.
