Application to be Forrest General's Junior Football Player of the Game

Junior Football Players must be between the ages of 7-12 and reside in Forrest General's 17 County Service area which includes Covington, Forrest, George, Greene, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Simpson, Smith, Stone, Wayne or Walthall county. The chosen Jr. Football Player must be able to attend all activities scheduled for the game chosen and must abide by all rules. The chosen Junior Football Player must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian at all times. Applications may only be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Winners will be announced during the Golden Eagle Hotline Radio Call In Show with Coach Fedora and will be notified the week prior to a home game.

For each home game in 2008, one Junior Football Player will receive:

  • Four (4) tickets to the upcoming home game
  • Four (4) Eagle Village passes to the game
  • Pre-game sideline pass
  • A football autographed by Coach Fedora
